In Changeset 4349, WordPress 2.1 lost the “jump to preview” / “jump to post” links. Aside from being damn useful, that changeset also broke the Kill Preview plugin.
Funny enough, the changeset log message was “Some UI cleanups, changes, and various miscellany.” So useful quicklinks that save a lot of scrolling are now ‘clutter’?

I tried this today – the latest “Kill Preview” works on Ella.
(Was ein Glück 😉 [Mußt Du mir so einen Schreck einjagen?! 🙂 ])
“Kill” Preview still works, but there’s no way to get a preview then. Kill Preview by default changes the “down to preview” quicklink to open the preview in a new, named, window. Incredibly useful. With the quicklink gone in Ella, the killing still works, but not the popup…
